Vignesh Aier is the Head of Healthcare Investing at GrowthCurve Capital. Prior to joining GrowthCurve, he was a Managing Director in private equity at New Mountain Capital, a leading and growth-oriented private equity firm with over $30 billion in assets under management. He was with New Mountain for approximately 15 years and engaged in transactions in the Healthcare and Business Services sectors. His Board service includes Western Dental, Signify Health, Alteon Health, Benevis, SNL Financial, and others. Prior to his time at New Mountain, Vig was with the New York Office of McKinsey & Company and the Value Equities Group at OppenheimerFunds, Inc.

Vig received his B.A. with Departmental Honors in Economics-Mathematics from Columbia University and was awarded the Richard Lewis Kohn Traveling Fellowship for studies at the London School of Economics.

Vig’s charitable activities include efforts to support conservation, the environment, and education for underprivileged communities. He currently serves on the National Advisory Council of the World Wildlife Fund, and he previously served as a Board Member of Women’s Education Project and Friends of Island Academy.
