Robert Thwaits is a Director at GrowthCurve Capital. Prior to joining GrowthCurve, he was a Managing Director at Declaration Partners, where he led the firm's healthcare growth investment efforts. Previously, Robert spent seven years at Warburg Pincus investing in healthcare companies. He began his career at Barclays in the Healthcare M&A Investment Banking Group.

Robert graduated from Harvard College, where he studied Economics. He earned his MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
