Jeff Sanders is Vice Chairman and Co-Managing Partner of the Global CEO & Board practice for Heidrick & Struggles. He also serves as a member of the firm's Global Management Committee. Jeff is responsible for Heidrick & Struggles' focus on assisting companies with CEO and Board succession. He previously served as Managing Partner of the North American CEO Practice. Prior to that, Jeff served as the Global Leader for the firm's Software Practice. Jeff joined Heidrick & Struggles in 1997.

He has executed a number of CEO, COO, Board of Director and other senior-level searches for companies such as Activision Blizzard, Adobe, Airbnb, Apple, BlackRock, Dell, EMC, Go Daddy, Home Depot, IMS Health, Insight Enterprises, Microsoft, Booking Holdings, Qualcomm, SAP, Salesforce.com, ServiceNow, Splunk, Starbucks, Uber, and Visa, among others.

Jeff has also recruited portfolio company executives for private equity and venture capital firms such as Accel Partners, Benchmark, Francisco Partners, Greylock Partners, Insight Venture Partners, KKR, NEA, Sequoia Capital, Silver Lake Partners, TPG Capital and Warburg-Pincus, among others. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he received a BS in business administration.
